Are you interested in our weekly maintenance service? This includes cutting the lawn, trimming the beds, blowing down the parking areas and patios. (
$60 minimum per visit
)
At M.J. Nicholls, we pride ourselves on the quality of work that we provide. This is why we require residential weekly maintenance customers to sign up for a maintenance program that goes beyond just mowing lawns. To be a weekly mowing customer,
we ask that you choose at least four of the below options (including weekly maintenance).
All of the below services, except for weekly maintenance, can be provided as a one time service if required.
Weekly maintenance customers must choose at least four of the following options:

Weekly Maintenance
– Cutting the lawn, trimming the beds, blowing down the parking areas and patios. (
$60 minimum per visit
)
Spring Cleanup
– Cleaning up the leaves, debris, and yard waste. The beds will be edged and cleaned out to prepare for mulch. The parking areas and walkways will be swept of winter debris. The lawn areas will be dethatched. (
$725 minimum
)
Mulch
– Spreading bark mulch in the beds. (
2 yard minimum | $150 per yard
) Note: Beds need to be completely prepped prior to mulching.
Pruning
– Pruning of the shrubs and ornamental trees (under 12' in height) throughout the property once after the growing season. (
$525 minimum
)
Fall Cleanup
– Cleaning and disposing of the leaves and branches around the property. The perennials will be cut back and the leaves disposed of off site. (
$675 minimum
)

Additional services can be priced but NOT part of the maintenance program:
Irrigation Startup
– The system will be turned on and heads checked and adjusted if needed. Any parts or major repairs will be an additional charge for time and materials. ($125)
Irrigation Shutdown
– The system will be winterized and all the lines will be blown out. ($125)
Aerating
– Core aerating the lawn areas on the property. ($250 minimum)
Overseeding
– Spreading hand seed over the lawn areas. ($300 per 50lb bag of seed)
How we bill for weekly maintenance:
The total contract price will be paid in 8 equal installments per month starting April 1st and ending November 1st.
